Almost any website work: plugin and theme updates, bug fixes, content and layout changes, adding pages or forms, speed and security checks, and general maintenance. If a job needs more than your monthly hours, we'll tell you before we start and agree the extra with you.

No — the 4 hours reset at the start of each calendar month. It keeps the price simple and predictable. You can always see how much time you've used in your dashboard.

Everything lives on a shared support board in your dashboard. You create jobs, our team moves them across Backlog, In progress, Review and Done, and you can comment on any of them. Every minute we log is shown against your monthly allowance.

We track time as we work and let you know as you approach your 4 hours. Going over isn't billed automatically — we'll talk to you first about any extra time so there's never a surprise charge.

Yes. Web support is a month-to-month add-on — remove it any time from your billing page and you simply won't be charged the next month.
